### Is the road legal and open?

Check the agency that manages the land. A route line does not mean that a road is open.

### What is the sky doing?

Check the forecast at trail elevation. Also check for fires and floods.

### Will the charge stop work?

Use the Backroads Map to plan the route. Verify each required charging stop with its operator before you leave.
